How the Referral Works

• Refer any educational institution - school, college or university - in need of a better ERP solution.
• Share the institution’s point of contact and/or details with the EduplusCampus Business Development Team.
• The referrer must be actively involved in the process from introduction to conversion.
• A referral is considered successful only if the new client signs an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with EduplusCampus, and the referrer is eligible for commensurate incentives.

Incentive Structure and Transparency

• Earn a 10% commission on the first-year AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) signed by the institution you refer.
• The incentive is calculated only on the first-year AMC amount.
• Incentives are processed only after successful deal completion and payment confirmation.
• If the institution pays the AMC in instalments, the payments are disbursed proportionally as payments are received.
• Incentives are subject to applicable taxes under the Income Tax Act of India.
• EduplusCampus will deduct TDS as per norms before disbursing payment.
• EduplusCampus reserves the right to verify the contribution.
• Referrals must be genuine and free from conflict of interest.
